The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the gated community of Selva Escondida II, is located just 8 minutes from the second largest reef system in the world, the Great Mesoamerican Reef! Beautiful beaches with white sand, clear blue waters, lots of sea life, and wonderful weather are waiting for you!
This home has everything you need. For additional fees, you can use our concierge service for home delivery, a hired chef, or everyday cleaning service. Our condo is on the first floor and can comfortably host 6 adults, with room to expand. Additionally, if you need more space, just let me know as our community all help and share our spaces with larger groups.

You'll be staying in a first-floor condo equipped for six adults comfortably but can also be expanded. This open-concept living space allows for great conversations and memories to be made. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living and dining room, a utility room, and a private garden.
Visit the Mayan city of Chichen Itza, UNESCO World Heritage Site, or travel to beautiful beaches in Playa Del Carmen, the island of Cozumel, Isla Mujeres, Cancun, Tulum, or Holbox. Visit our friends at Cenote La Noria to and experience the Mayan jungles of Quintana Roo or take the new Mayan Train to any of its 20 major stations with stops in the states of Chiapas, Tabasco, Campeche, Yucatan, and Quintana Roo. Visit all or one of the seven Xcaret parks with each park offering different themes.
